About Me
My name is Milla, I’m 18 years old. I was born and raised in Riga, the capital of Latvia. From a young age, I showed a strong interest in art — I would draw, cut, color, and decorate anything I could get my hands on. My favorite "toys" were never dolls, but colored pencils, paper, and old magazines I used to make collages.
My parents have always supported my creative interests. My is a music teacher, and my is an architect. They never pressured me to choose a "practical" career but instead encouraged me to follow my own path. In school, I became especially interested in graphic design and fashion, and by the age of 15, I was already working on my first projects: logos, posters, and event decorations.
In high school, I made an important decision — to continue my education abroad. I chose France because to me, it has always represented style, aesthetics, and creativity. I had also been learning French since I was 13, and I wanted to put it into real use.
After graduating from school, I enrolled in a college in France to study Design and Visual Communication. Moving to a new country was exciting but challenging: a different culture, a new education system, and becoming truly independent. But it gave me a huge push in personal growth. Today, I’m studying, meeting amazing people from all over the world, developing my portfolio, and dreaming of starting my own design studio in the future — one that blends Baltic minimalism with French elegance.
This journey is just beginning, but I’m confident I’ve chosen the right path.
